She’s an amazing doctor! Been with me since I was born!
Great doctor but unfortunately I will not be going back due to exceptionally poor admin handling at the reception. It was an extremely lengthy exercise (numerous phone calls) trying to obtain an invoice in order to submit a claim to my medical aid.
Sadly the receptionist was unprofessional and very rude. Dr. Howlett was more helpful than her receptionist but was not interested because my daughter was on the Discovery key care plus plan. I got a distinct feeling that she wasnt being transparent with me. This was an emergency situation. Shocking!
The best GP I have ever had! Walks the extra mile for her patients and always find time to answer phone calls. Been with her for many years and still so happy with my choice :-)
Unfortunately had a very bad experience with the rude secretary, not once but twice.
