This service was just horrible! This is the second time a package was delivered late, A package dropped off on Monday didnt make it to a client by Friday, after there was a promise to get it delivered latest on Thursday! You phone to find out about the package but they have no clue where the driver is, this service is just horrible and would really give your business a bad name if used honestly

These guys are beyond useless, how do they exist as a company, I have tried to phone through several times without success. 4 times just stayed on hold until they cut the call, 3 times I managed to talk to who I think is a receptionist who puts me through to no one as it just rings and rings and then also cuts off. No email addresses supplied on their website, I cannot understand how useless they can actually be, the incompetence is astounding.

As a current customer that has dealt with them for many years, they have dropped in customer service year on year, firstly their staff are very unhelpful, they are always delayed with their deliveries, our stock orders go missing and our boxes get damaged especially during the November and December period. Their excuse and I quote It is that silly season please bare with us, fair enough I understand that we all go through it, but my question is that this is a problem that goes on through out the year- is your silly season through out the year then? I strongly do not recommend them as a company to trade with and quite frankly I have no idea how they are still operating in business..... Maybe for local Durban deliveries is their strength, but anything outside Durban- dont bother.

Never deal with this company! My family and I, from Pietermaritzburg, were stuck in Johannesburg last Thursday, and not knowing who to trust there, ordered the replacement part on Friday, from a company in Durban. Our supplier used Express Deliveries who promised to have the part delivered to us on Saturday morning. By half nine, we decided to track the package, but we just couldnt get a hold of them because they only offered a land line to their office which was closed on Saturdays. We tried google maps to try and get a cell number off of their door or even off their parked vehicles, but theres no cell number on any of them. We eventually just had to sit around the entire day waiting and hoping. The part never arrived. On Sunday, we had to hire a vehicle to get back home in time for work on Monday. The package only got delivered on Monday morning at half nine. Never use this company!

Donnot ever deal with this company ... Please use timefreight instead.... Called these guys at 9am to collect a parcel for delivery...spoke to a lady, then asked to give me an estimate quote for my delivery .... 2 hours later without response i call back and ask for the lady BY NAME .. She denies ever speaking to me .. . So I guess im gifted at just knowing peoples names for entertainment... I then have to make another booking for my parcel at 11am .. Mind you it is friday and my client needs his item the following day...i am promised that it will be collected at 2pm sharp... At 2.30pm i call again only to be cut off.... Several times!!!!!!!! At 3pm I am stressing as my customer is now furious with me....at 4pm I call and make a booking at time freight... At 4.30pm their driver is at my door and ready to collect... Sorry for the long story but people plz think twice before ever supporting this company

To all who read this. I work for Cloud Nine & Rest Assured (Bedding manufacturers). Needed a sample sent through to Ladysmith to secure a very big order. I called numerous people this morning from 08h00 including the manager who just passed me on to someone else. no one called me back within 45 mins to give feedback about the delivery as customer expected sample this morning. I had to continuously call to eventually speak to someone named Nash who tells me.. sorry man we never loaded the sample, can we maybe deliver on Saturday... Very disappointed at this type of service to say the least. We will now lose out on a massive deal as well as our relationship with our customer being effected in a negative way. There probably will be no consequence to this but at least who ever reads this can maybe think twice before relying on Express Deliveries.
