By far the best Dermatologist in KZN. I have been to several dermatologists in the past 3 months and none of them could diagnose my condition. Dr R Singh had me cured in just a few days.Apart from his expertise, his bubbly nature made me feel extremely comfortable. Would recommend 10/10.

Terrible service, staff is very rude and unfriendly. The nurse gave me incorrect test results and made me panic for no reason as I went to another doctor and my results were normal. Nurse was very rude on the phone. Highly unpleasant service received from such a popular place, work on your customer service and employ better staff. Never going back

Had an appointment for 2pm, waited for 1 and half hour and still had 3 patients that needed to be seen before me. We had 3 appointments and were first time patients. Patients that where familiar to the front line staff got priority even though they cane after us. Clearly they have no respect for other peoples time and clearly your practice doesnt deserve my money. Very poor admin staff, they should know how to book appointments properly.

This is the most rude and disrespectful doctor I have ever been to, an appointment was made 1 month prior to the date and 1 day before the appointment i receive a phone call to reschedule, once arriving at the doctor I wait for 2 hours to actually get the consultation then once in his office you wait half an hour for him to finish talking with family and friends, during the consultation he is very uninterested in anything you have to say and only responds to you with an insult on how you will one day be good looking, he takes no interest in what you have to say and just hands you over to a beautician to deal with you and explain anything, he is not worth a cent and is utterly disrespectful to his patients, am truly disgusted in his service. I have to give him one star in order to post the review.

Good day.Phoned and booked an appointment on Saturday and date given was 23/09/2019 at 9am bear in mind that this was given not asked..it was for my 1½ year old son.we arrived at the practice gave our details, this is not the first time at the practice.anyway the admin lady praylin asked me if they (the staff at the practice) wrote it down..I laughed it out and said I never video call to see what staff was doing.in the practice from 9am and its now 11am and still have not seen to as yet hence the long essay..but its sad coz staff can just say a time and date that we would have accepted..and when we question it they say it was a standby appointment which I clearly did not ask for or the least told in advance..fair enough it is medical aid but we dont get medical aid for free we pay for it..I post this under other reviews to see if the doctor sticks to his oath and actually replies coz from all the negative review I dont see a response which means staff and doctor dont value patients..we are regarded as customers that just come in pay and go.. would love to be proved wrong and show that doctor and staff value human being and feelings.many regards.

Terrible terrible unprofessional staff members. I went in for a visit last year after having used their products for a while. I was helped by one of the indian staff ladys who did a skin analysis for me then later recommended products I should buy. I spent R4000 in total she gave me glycolic wipes and mostly products that contain glycolic acid which I didnt know about then. I told her beforehand how sensitive my skin is..I got a horrible rash on my face which I still have to this day. Im now with a new dermatologist who was shocked that I was given glycolic wipes and the kind of products I was given. The pigmentation creams and their wipes and half their products are Useless and a Waste of money. SO dissapointed with their horrible staff who dont know what theyre doing

Will never go back..Extremely expensive, poor service from the doctor who actually didnt do any thing on me but instead got a nursing agent to burn off my facial skin tags with liquid nitrogen. I left the room with numerous painful inflamed large blisters on my face for 2 weeks looking like this. I was convinced a certain eye lightening product sold there would lighten dark circles around my eyes.That product too, was expensive and totally useless.What a rip off the entire experience was.

I am a girl with very thick hair growth and I was nervous about going for laser initially but the staff were so friendly and patient. My hair growth has now decreased and Im going back for more treatments.

Very bad services from the staff at Dr RS Singh..as per the lady at the Doctor rooms her name Praylin..she confirm doctor dont take medical even if you had to be admitted in hospital..so patients must pay the fees cash to doctor.. that is very bad patients experience...very sad..and the prices for Consultation to see doctor is extremely expensive..and you have waiting period of 1 month to get appointment..very sad..this doctor and services is scheme and their rudiness from staff and the doctor..very bad patient experience...I would never suppose this doctor and I will not remand people to see this doctor...service is bad ...

Will never be back. Waited over an hour to be told that there were still 3 patients ahead of me. Decided to leave as waiting 2 hours is totally unacceptable (especially considering the price he charges). Seems more of a self promotion establishment, with no respect for patients time.
