I went there at 06h30 this morning. We were called in and made to follow a queue. I must commend Neville the gentleman who co ordinates and or explains everything you need before you go in.We as senior citizens are in a separate queue and given preference. Neville follows up on his queues in particular with the senior citizens.Their offices opened at 7h45 and i was done by 08h30.ABSOLUTE PLEASURE I THINK HOME AFFAIRS SHOULD FOLLOW THE SAME SYSTEM. WELL DONE RTI ROSSBURG AND NEVILLE
Staff member refused to wear a mask in the prescribed manner ... preferred it on her chin ...and refused to give her name to me. And they have had five people off dsick due to covid and one allegedly has died.Waited patiently for three hours and then the chap who arrived after I did was seen to first ...rather go to winkelspruit.
Ive heard some bad news from there. But my experience was not bad at all.
