I am very happy with the service I got from Sisi Nokuthula (Deputy Manager H R Ptn District) and her assistant as well as Penny of uMlazi District.

On the 8/6/2020 during Level 3 lockdown not at all efficient or sympathetic to Educator issues - particularly Salaries. Frankly, the only employee with any empathy was the security guard at the ground floor entrance. Sadly, if the attitude of the Departments employees was negative before the Corona pandemic, it is even more so now. Inefficient, unhelpful and totally lacking in empathy. Simply not good enough. Spent two weeks on an unanswered line and today a full morning waiting for nothing.

We buy our food there. 8 times a month.Covid-19 regulations are being followed... All in order.

Aba they dont know how to speak to people

It was so fabulous.

Noone answers their phone. Tried 3 nos of the Housing Dept. And got no anwerer... Tired for 2 days. Phone rings.Once someone answered, asked which district i was from, transferred my call... No one answered that extention too.

Really not a great experience. They should allow us to email documents since theyre not allowing people into their offices. Government needs to do something about this. Wasted my time and petrol

I have never come across such rude bunch of people. its like people are nothing to the staff at Truro House, from the security guards upwards. the way they speak to ppl its like they are talking to dogs or ppl with no feelings. youll really need to work on your batho pele principles and people skills.it really is a disgrace that ppl with your calibre act so uneducated.

It saddens me to know we have thee most inefficient departmental offices. The phones are never answered or are constantly engaged. the reason being is that majority of the time they are on personal cell calls or on personal calls on the landline. they are unable to respond to emails in a reasonable turnaround time. this is in turned followed by arrogance when questioned about the inefficiencies of their offices. well done South Africa

We do answer the phones, if not, it bcoz we r in a meeting or busy with another client. It better to come to the offices than to call. Truro house is a very busy place educators come in and out constantly.

I tried calling a number of days even today, their service is just terrible no one picks up the phone. Tried all department of education including the Provincial Office no one picks up.If anyone could help with the time table for the senior certificate when is it coming out?
