I was referred to Dr Ramson. He saw me for an abcess and filling. He and his team were very gentle and had a good experience under his care.

I was never given all of my options, I was only told about the most expensive one which didnt seem to be in my best interest. I called back more than 5 times to get more information and was told the Doctor would call back but he didnt. I eventually decided to to get a second opinion and called to ask if the xray could be sent to me and was promised it would, its a week later and Ive already been elsewhere and the xrays have still not been sent.The decent thing to was to let me know from the onset that they would not send me the xray as I waited two days in pain calling and following up on it.No human kindness or humility for another person, just a money driven organization!!!I wouldnt even recommend 1 star.

I have recently moved from Jhb to Durban NorthNeeded my wisdom teeth removed and referred to Dr Ramson by a family member.What a fantastic experience.. Very experienced Dr and reassuring. Staff made all pre authorisation with medical aid , hospital and anesthetist bookings. I had no swelling and fine after 2 days . Courtesy follow up calls , spotlessly clean surgery, Dr explains thoroughly.Never had this service before. Booking my children in for appointments. Just found out from the other mums, that Dr Ramson sees to the kids also .

Wonderful experience. Dr was very gentle with my baby of 2 years 4 months. He had fell and chipped his front tooth. Very friendly and very accommodating. Also did a follow up call to see how baby was doing.

I can highly recommend Dr K Ramson and associates for their dentistry work, I received excellent, professional service and advice. As well as caring bed-side manner from him and his assistant. Dont Waste your time!This doctor has a very rude receptionist. Despite me phoning and confirming a booking, she did not record my booking only to be told that they were fully booked on the day of the appointment. Very unprofessional and RUDE!! Dont waste your time.

I was in Durban on holiday last week. My daughter developed pain and needed an emergency root canal. Dr Ramson stayed late to assist us . He warned her that they may be some pain for a few days . Dr Ramson & his team were so fantastic & expert & gentle with our 2 sons, aged 6 & 9. When my 9 yr old son had a cavity, he wanted to only go back to Dr Ramson because he was so gentle with them previously. Dr Ramson was expertly able to save his milk tooth, which we are very grateful for! We will def be back for another checkup, later in the year! Thxs for the personal touch & great care!

Dr Ramson is an extremely professional and thoughtful practitioner who really cares about his patients.

Awful. I took my 6 year old to Dr Ramson for a severe toothache for a second opinion and he told me we needed to do a tooth extraction. My son experienced severe pain during the extraction and was completely traumatised. I cant believe this was the only way to extract a tooth, and even if it was, Dr Ramsons bedside manner did not help at all. Never, ever again will we go back there.
