He makes sure to give the correct diagnosis and gives you enough time to ask questions and have a clear understanding before commencing any treatments. I have been using Dr Pershad for about 4 years now. he really knows his job. He is a nice guy, great service and very professional hence I go back to him every time I have a dental problem.

It was a cringe worthy experience. I think what hooked me was the free consultation. The place of business looks quite dingy, the reception lady had no warm welcome or acknowledgement of me, the dentist touched my mouth without wearing gloves during a pandemic! The tools that he used to check my mouth were put back in that tray of tools without being sterilised. It made me think if the person before me had the same thing happen to him. However, he seemed like a nice guy, he was able to diagnose my dental issue. It seems to be designed for people of a lower social capital, who wont mind an improper service because they are in desperate need.
