I called my agreement with them a year ago, and I requested for termination letter up to date I have not received this letter. All they do is call me and tell me I am owing them money. Why they are not giving me my termination letter so I can sort myself out as their service didnt help me. This on its own its causing me more stress.

Pioneer really helped me to pay all my debts thanx, but your after care need some improvement.

Im just unhappy with the way Pioneer Debt Solutions - How they do things. They even had a promotion that to refer someone you know has debt problems... i know quite a lot of people but unfortunately i couldnt let someone i know go through the same thing i went through... as i post this i dont even know where to start .all i can say they are registered-yes but when it comes to consumers they dont care & they can hold you back & they will hold you back.Ive paid my credit providers through them for 3 years hoping Im finishing the anxiety that i have & only to find out 3 years later my accounts are accumulating instead of going down...its like i havent started at all & when i ask them to rectify this matter or compensate me for the years wasted they all tell me they cant.Even with the covid- 19 issue they cant help.All im saying i cant convey all my grievances with them in 1 review. Bt im in a sunken place because of them. By they way i had another big account (car that was repossessed) that they couldnt help me with because judgement was already made. That im almost done with. 2 months to go & im done. ???? How come im not done with R7000 accounts when in 2 months im done with R60-000 plus account.
