Another day care in the Belmont Arcade that lacks any engaging stimulation for its kids.The area is surrounded by bars and the children are behind a locked up gate, the constant booming of music from the surrounding bars is ever present.This creche purports to be a day and night care.In this area night care, I shudder to think.
