I took a mini vacation to this beautiful gem. It was so refreshing and I came back rejuvenated. I loved everything about this place. Beautiful mountain views, great walking trails, superb friendly staff and scrumptious meals. Sli made my spa day magical. I miss enjoying a meal and spotting Zebra or wildebeest. I literally shed a tear when I left. I cant wait to come back.

I had a midweek overnight stay at the lodge, and 2 spa treatments. My room was lovely. I enjoyed it very much. There was no free wifi on the premises and no fridge in the room. The bathroom and outdoor showers were gorgeous.The lodge was very noisy. There was construction happening, improvements and cleaning happening during my spa treatments. Cleaning was done around me in-between my treatments.The food was mostly OK. I enjoyed their creme brulee, veggies and soup.My stay felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The staff were polite but distracted with all the work they were doing cleaning and moving furniture and planning other events.Perhaps after renovations, the experience for future guests will be much improved. I guess I went at the wrong time and was unlucky.

What an incredible place!!! The value for money would be hard to beat anywhere. Nadia and the rest of the staff were so friendly and really went the extra mile. We got the most amazing spa treatments from Sli and Phindi. Duma gave us service with a smile at meal times. All round just an incredible stay!

The perfect getaway for mountain biking, hiking or just to chill in the beauty and peace of this little bit of heaven. Watch the Zebra, Wildebeest, Impala, Reedbok and Bushbuck graze around you.Great service, an amazing restaurant and you can stay over in their fantastic accommodation. Extremely impressed with my experience there.

We had the most incredible time. Stayed at Hilltop no 9 which has amazing views, and the bathroom is next level with an amazing outside shower aswel as a super modern inside shower. Had a full day spa which is literally th WHOLE day, was amazing!!! Staff are super friendly. Would recommend it BIG TIME!!

I honestly miss this place 😩! I was there for my birthday in February with my husband and we really enjoyed our staying... mind you it was our second visit. All their staff are friendly. Very reasonable prices... the list is long. I think I might go back next year 😂

An absolute hidden peace of heaven on earth.This place is in the middle of nature and secluded from all hustle and bustle of the concrete jungle.Nature surrounds you from all sides and its for the total pure nature lover.Be sure to be totally independent from everything you know about the city if you book here.There is a lovely pool to cool down in, or a jacuzzi to relax in. Or treat yourself to a massage and pedicure.Definitely worth it to place on your bucket list

My surprise One Year Anniversary destination! This place didnt disappoint. Their personable and friendly staff made the experience for us. If it were up to me, Id give them a 4 Star rating!

We didnt overnight here but drive from Durban to ride the Mountain Bike trail. A wonderful ride to the top, somewhat difficult and technical but a beautiful, rewarding view from there. Then down the trail to a delicious breakfast in a beautiful setting. Well worth a visit. A well presented and beautiful location 👍👍👍👍👍

Visited for the morning. Mountain Bike ride and Breakfast. The Single track MTB trails are fantastic. They provided a cottage for us to shower in before a slap up English Breakfast.

Fantastic spot 1 hour away from from the city. Great service and food. Top notch massages and treatments. Highly recommended!

Absolutely worth every penny and not expensive to begin with.

A crowd of 30 of us mtbikers arrived to ride the track.Some of the crowd were newcomers to Insingizi and their opinion after the ride was thst it is the best single track in the country they had ever ridden and I agree with them.Its a very scenic ride and lots of wild life to be seen.We also had a breakfast after the ride which in spite of 30 hungry mtbikers eagernto tuck in Went off without a hitch and was enjoyed by everyone .This is definitely a hidden gem that needs to be experienced by everyone
