I give him 1 star because the owner of Zecharia Huts is Very helpful before installation of the Wendy house, but after.... No ways. Firstly he didnt provide some of the bricks that I had paid him for. I paid him to put hollow blocks for the Wendy house to stand on, completely under the Wendy house. He arrives with some bricks and even had to look for some in my yard in order to make sure the Wendy house is sturdy. Was given a 15 year guarantee on the wood condition that it is treated with Waxol every year, which we have been doing but when called to come through and replace some of the damaged wood, he kept saying he will but never did.Not only did I pay him for the Wendy house but I paid for all additional fixtures as well, which includes plumbing and electrical. Couple months after which we stated having issues with the plumbing as the bath area was leaking through the wood. When contacted, he says there is no guarantee on the electrical and plumbing. We had to pay a different plumber to sort this out.Very agreeable before the installation of the Wendy House but once the Wendy house has been installed, he is very arrogant.I recommend doing much needed homework before choosing a service provider for the Purchase and installation of Wendy Houses.
