It was a nice place. A bit overpriced but good vibes and good energy. I would also maybe create a place for Non Smokers, cause i felt a bit uncomfortable sitting around hubbky smoke. But if Fun, Drinks, Good music and Hubbly Chilled Vibes are what you are looking for, this is the place to be.

From entering the establishment, I was greeted by a friendly face. I happened to sit in the vip section in which was pretty comfortable and the service from our waiter was phenomenal. The DJ was also on fire, for a person that is based in Joburg, I definitely felt the Durban vibe. The overall experience was amazing and I truly enjoyed celebrating my birthday there.

Place is showing its age a bit but the service and the food is excellent during week days but the weekend especially at night time its more like a club than a restaurant

The waiter took our drinks order and disappeared for a good 20 minutes, to which we kind of understood because everything was crazy during the long weekend. Its best to book a day or 2 prior because everybody seems to flock to Durban on long weekends.

Cubana is a chain, mostly located close to very crowded places.It looks nice and trendy and mostly everywhere its a busy place.We only tried breakfast.The menu is very short for that...I had the chicken livers and I really like spicy things. But for breakfast it was a really new experience for me. The chicken livers were very thick (I know them smaller) and damned hot 🔥 spicy. What a breakfast! Temperatures outside at 10am 26 degrees. Inside my stomach nearly 40 🥵So I think its a nice place to be and stay for some hours.Try and enjoy....

Excellent cocktails and excellent food. Very busy on weekends, but Sundays are good for couples and some Sunday Sundowners. Love the theme and decor. The waiters and service is impeccable. Havent tried the food yet.

Cubana is the only place in durban where you can get good music, good chilling, good environment, good food just comfortable space for mature people

Never will I ever go to here, I visited with my sister to celebrate my birthday, so disappointed we set on the table for 10 minutes nobody came on the table to take our order until we decided to leave the place. All the waiters were standing outside... and the place only had 3 tables seated...

Food was good and affordable. Service was a bit slow but all in all good vibe

Music is great. You will never regret going there. Service was great. Got a table within 5 minutes. Drinks were ice cold and the atmosphere was spectacular.

My first time at this place. I really enjoyed myself there together with my friends, the vibe was nice atmosphere was great the service was of a top notch. But the sad thing about the place is things are way over priced iyoo. And air-condition are not working or to cool the place we end up paying the bill over 15000.00 . But overall nice place to be.

Food was good but for a group of four the table was just too small and had to move to a separate table to be able to have the plate and condiments available. Not really the point when meeting with friends and trying not till sit on top of one another.

Had a great time. The vibe was great. Music was awesome. The staff is so friendly, excellent service. Ordered 2 platters to share with my date. Bbq Wings and bbq ribs. The flavours were alright, ribs were tough though. Not falling off the bone. But overall experience was a solid 9 out of 10.

Just disembarked a vessel off Durban, was staying at the hotel across the street when we noticed the lively little spot. Being typical seamen and seawomen, we immediately headed over. There was good food, good drinks and friendly staff. Also a lot of beautiful girls from neighboring African countries looking for a Blesser !!! :)
