I will definitely rate Globeflight a 5 star as my parcel was collected yesterday in Johannesburg and this morning at 09:40 the parcel was already in my possession. I will definitely use globeflight again, a very fast and reliable courier service.

Paid for overnight express jhb to Richardsbay. Ist was confirmed and waybill stipulated delivery on Saterday. It baby clothes for a mom due to go into hospital on sunday for C section. Following up tha whole day today, Saturday 25 Jul when the parcel will be delivered. End off story being told by Durban branch late afternoon they dont do deliveries on Saturday. Parcel will only be delivered on Monday. I paid extra, on original quote, for express delivery on Saturday. Please never use this courier service again as they can not respek their own promises. Baby going to be born and clothes are not there as yet. Poor poor service. You dont even earn up to a one star.

This the fastest shipment company i have every seen. My package was delivered in exactly 24 hours. I was very amazed. They came thru for me. I thought i would receive my package after 2 or 3 days.

Im here to complement the Admin lady who normally takes calls Im not sure if I will get her name right, Miri ? she has excellent telephone manners always have a calm pitch tone when answering the phone morning or afternoon , I am an Admin too but I bet not as good as she is. Never had a bad experience with Globleflight either keep it up guys.
