I have been using you guys for a few years now... This is the 1st time that your service absolutely sucks. I shall never come to you again! I booked a pickup for Tuesday, collection not made. Checked with you on Thursday to be told no booking made. Reschedule and promised delivery today. Called to confirm this morning and informed delivery would be between 2 and 3 this afternoon... Guess what its still sitting in there Durban depot. Angela assures us it will be delivered by 1pm tomorrow...I wont be holding my breath.

I enquired to have a parcel collected and was quoted R525.II agreed and sent them details then once parcel was collected they phoned and said that they had given me the wrong price and that it would now be R2959. I then told them I do not agree to their service at that price and they refuse to release my parcel. Thiefs and arrogant owner.

They need to learn how to get telephonic service up to date. Apart from 1 person the rest is bunch of stupids . Its high time. Catch a wake-up otherwise close your doors.

Horrible service. I ordered an item and have been waiting for two weeks to receive it when it was suppose to be two days. Numerous phone calls made to them and each consultant said they would get back to me but hasnt. Guy name Quan actually found that my item was lost at the JHB branch the day after arrival but no one contacted me to tell me this. Item was bought from maxmotorsport so wasnt my choice to utilise them as a courier service, was forced on.

An elderly family member had used DOOR TO DOOR , they were such a great help . Will always use them !!!!

The most incompetent bunch of empty promise makers in Durban! Use FedEx or someone reliable 😡 2 day service is now on its 7th day and no one can tell me where my parcels are!

The worst courier company Ive dealt with (even worse than post office!!!).An overnight delivery turned into a nightmare. Have been calling them every day and every time promised the parcel will be with me the next day. 5 days later still no signs of a parcel!

Worst courier services ever. Will never ever use them again or advise anyone to use them. Their customer service sucks.. and are very unreliable.

Sent a letter 10 November 2016 to Northern Ireland up and till 5 December not received, have been back to Office Kodak who have made efforts to establish where it is, no support from Door to Door.
