Great service all around

I did my Covid test on Friday , I was told results are 24 hours but its Tuesday now and still nothing . When I call the receptionist is rude and drops the call without assisting me . Very bad service!!!!

The doctors are good but the overall service quality is poor. Theres no value for a patients time. The waiting period is long. They make you sit in the waiting room for almost 2hours. I can only recommend you if you have plenty of time to waste.

Bad customer service from the receptions in Durban Smith Street. Went away with no help simply because I have not received the card due to lockdown but using a digital card which I have used before at the very same clinic but today I was denied access because I dont work with this says the receptionist pointing at my phone without even checking the digital card. I am so disgusted I made a promise to my self that I will never visit this primecure clinic

The clinic is good but doctors need to take serious the needs of the patients, were here because we seek medical attention, so I cant be waiting just to see the doctor for 3 hours

Its a great clinic thats both affordable and good service levels, the Drs are really experienced, staff helpful and friendly.There are a variety of medical services available, from dentistry, a general practitioner as well as x rays done in house, this is all located in an easily acceptable area in the cbd, with wheel chair acceptable entrances.For your next Dr visit, do check out the prime cure clinic

Service is very poor at reception there where 3 ladies but not one could attend to at least registering me after I had opted to use cash cz my doctor is at another prime cure in another area and I needed emergency medical attention

You get served as fast as possible

He is the best by far.
