Absolutely pathetic service from you guys. My mums car was stolen yesterday 18/10/21, about 1pm right from her office park. Tracker did not notify her, instead they notified the insurance company that there was interference with the device, who thereafter called my mum 2 hours later! She only found out her car was missing at 3:35pm. 24 hours later we are still awaiting feedback as to whether or not they have found the car or what is the status of the investigation. The Tracker app is not even working on her phone, her use was disabled by tracker for her own safety. Absolutely put off with the service from Tracker in time of need you cannot count on them, I will definitely be switching to a more efficient company myself.

Fantastic. Car stolen and recovered . Even went the extra mile to collect my spare key. Would highly recommend them.

I requested a car to be taken off my contract five years ago , because the car was written off by the insurance company. They towed it away ... Tracker did not do what I requested. they have been taken the subs every month for a device that is not being used.When I queried why ... no reply ... I am still waiting ... had ! ... I have cancelled my contract .... thank you for nothing ! nothing but a lot of BS answers when I question tracker .. will contact Consumer watch !
