Absolutely pathetic service! 14days just for a return to be picked up and yet I had to pay the delivery fee!!!! As for the person working in the returns department they cannot read and comprehend simply English!!!! Worst online store ever!!!!

Jabu came to my rescue,she made sure that the shoes were delivered to me using an overnight courier service. She was professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile for me. Hi, I am currently a reseller on Planet54 and it has been quite a pleasure to work with planet54. They dispatch orders quickly most of the time. The only constructive criticism I can give them is that a lot of their stock runs out. It seems that Planet54 only keeps 1 size of each footwear and fashion item only. Wish they could have constant stock on the footwear and fashion items. They dispatch most items quickly however there may seem to be delay on other items and as resellers this can tarnish our reputation. Nonetheless thank you for the opportunity to be a part of your resellers program!

Planet54 is the best! I have had tons and tons of orders delivered right on time. The quality is excellent and the prices are great. They personally answer to their emails and calls, attend to you specially like you were in a physical shop. I have been shopping with Planet54 since 2018 and i dont see any reason why i should stop. I want to rate 0. Ridiculous customer service. Im appalled.You call them to follow up on an order and they advise you to follow up via the helpdesk e-mail address.You send e-mails to helpdesk, but no one responds to you. And when they eventually do, they respond days or even a week later. And that also only happens when you start ranting on social media.Ive placed a third order with Planet54 in hopes that this time will be better, but it is the same VERY POOR SERVICE. Not once have I had a moderately good experience with them. I would not recommend.

Its the first time Ive purchased something from planet 54, and I can gladly say Im happy with my order . I do agree with most of the reviews that said they have taken a REALLY Long time to process and deliver packages (which they had informed me about when I called them) and it was a little difficult to contact them at times, however they have had an INSANE Black Friday sale, which definitely isnt common in SA . So taking all things into consideration I think they did a great job. Ive ordered accessories that were on sale and clothes that were not and I was pleased with all of them. Will definitely shop online with them again🙌🌻

My order was four items but only received two items. I emailed everyday to find out about my missing pants but they ignore you like you didnt pay.
