The test and process are really smooth. Results quick and efficient. I wish they would spend some of the fortune they are making, on their surroundings.Its a dump.I also feel that the system can easily be manipulated.They insist on the person collecting travel pcr tests with proof of ID but when the sample is taken there is no such requirement. So theoretically I could send negative person to get tested in my name. Then I who am positive go with my ID to collect.Now I have a neg pcr and can travel despite being positive.

Their space is small but the service is very quick and professional. They also managed to help me print the forms that were sent to me via an email. I will definitely recommend this branch of Lancet

Waaw my brother was testing the covid 19 and I was there with him this place was a great and clean, next day we got the results he was negative and we was happy to collect and it wasnt even more money to test is a good price.

The fish is not always fresh nd the chips are not cooked properly.

There was no social distancing at all in this place, people were fighting over chairs, they didnt wanna sit on the same chairs if some one had sit on that chair, it was packed and ques were moving very slowly.,....at least for the drive through you just sit in your car and they come to you and help you,

Took about two hours to get through using the walk through. Keep money in case card facilities go down.

Lancet need to get their accounting correct. A good start would be to send out statements covering more than just your last visit otherwise if you have the same tests repeatedly you can lose touch of your payments and the next minute they hand you over.

For years now they dont send through the correct PMB codes to the medical aid. Then I have to fight with the medical aid to get the account paid and in that time they always hand me over to collection agencies. Pathetic service and all they care about is getting their money. They dont care about doing their job right in the first place.
