Poor service. Was not contacted by PostNet when they were supposed to notify me that my Police Clearance could be couriered back to me. I had to go the store for a fourth time almost 6 weeks after informing Postnet that my Police Clearance had been finalized to find out that they had forgotten about it.

Dont waste you time or money. It has taken over 2 weeks for my parcel to not arrive at its destination and they do not answer calls or e-mails, not this branch nor their head office, and not just today, the week before that too. Id be ashamed to own a post-net

Dear OwnerPlease update your times on the web to the time thats shown on the door.I had the unpleasant experience of travelling to PostNet in Queensburgh just to print a document at 4:30 after seeing online that its stated to close at 6 p.m.You can understand my annoyance to then learn that the store closes at 1 p.m instead.This is not a personal attack. My only wish is that you update your online times to as to avoid others experiencing the same situation.

If I had known each Postnet had their own owner I would not have chosen Queensburg. We had sent a package - my mum had lost the slip. Keanu was the most unfriendly person, at a time like this if people cant not help... where is humaity going to? I will never use Queensburg Postnet again!

Hi there.I went up to Postnet this afternoon, after checking your business hours (on Google you have your hours as 8am to 6pm on a Saturday), and I see your store was closed? Instead, apparently you close at 1pm, yet online it says 6pm?!It is very annoying having to go all the way into Malvern to collect a parcel, and then finding that the store is closed!I would highly suggest that you update your business hours shown online, as I see I am not the only one to have had this issue!Having the correct business hours shown online would save quite a few more annoyed customers!
