When we went to sign bond documents the lady who had to attend to us was not there even though she confirmed the appointment with us. She came after an hour without even showing remorse about being late.Since we signed the documents we never heard from them, we sent emails and left messages with no response. She promised to send us copies of some documents but never honoured that promise.

I never know enough about the progress of my case.. I havent spoke to my representative in a bit more than 4 months. I wish the communication was much better
