FORGET THESE GUYS.. they take your money, promise delivery but never show up! whats worse is they dont answer your calls or reply to emails. Zero accountability & in No way professional.. Chris & Team Were still waiting for the Cherry picker from Friday..

Our boss was running around like a headless chicken trying to find out what was happening with a machine that this company was suppose to deliver. We will probably not get paid at the end of the month because they made all of us look unprofessional. There is a special place in hell for such people who have no regard for other peoples livelihood.

I do the admin work at my company and it was so sad to see my boss trying to do damage control with one our clients as they all had to pay penalties simply because Chris was sending her from pillar to post. They got their full payment and blamed the delivery company and then a shock needed to be fixed within an hour. Just refund the money that is not yours. People need to be very careful as they are taking small start ups for a ride!!!!!They are Incompetent and dont know what it means to help others!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hands down the worst Ive ever dealt with. They confirmed a machine for hire and when they needed to deliver they first blamed the delivery company and then 2 hours later it was the shock that needed to be fixed .... Then they stopped answering. Its hard enough getting into certain sectors as a female and then to deal with incompetence and a lack of communication when you need to deliver to your client. Then they tell me to be patient when they dont have answers and I have a whole lane and traffic department waiting for my company to do work.... But it wont affect them just my pocket and attempt to put food on the table

I cannot believe the rubbish service you guys give, you left me dry after paying a fortune to hire a machine that never arrived. Access4hire is by far THE WORST company ive worked with!!!!!!

The equipment supplied worked perfectly, got the job done on time,No problem.

Only going home now after a day of no work thanks to Access For Hire. They failed us! We failed our client! No communication! No answers! Stay away from them!

Your Company is a joke. Your robbed me for R90 000. You delivered a broken Cherry picker to my yard. Then you sent your guy to come an steal the battery from it as well. I pray and hope that you get whats coming to you Chris

Highly appreciate the service received from Wesley and the team, all it took was a call and I was up and running. Thanks to the young man i think its Dillon who spent 2/Two hours on site with my operator ensuring we had no down time. Will recommend access for hire anytime.

Hired a cherry picker from them. Huge nightmare to say the least. The machine did not start. No one was accessible to answer calls for assistance with the breakdown. All their contact numbers either go onto voicemail or their phones are switched off. This matter is going to be taken up to the consumer council as we are out of pocket without completion of our job

Access4Hire’s service is beyond great. Dilon (Sales Rep) made sure the delivery of the scissor life for our Transnet project was early and at the right place. He even went an extra mile to come and check if we were managing to use the machine around 21h00 at night. Outstanding service guys, keep it up. Looking forward to hiring from Access4hire soon. The rental started a bit shaky but my concerns were responded to very well and I was more than happy with the final outcome. Will definitely use Access 4 Hire again.

A company that does not deliver. They are owing me money for month now for work not done. I will not trust nor recommend them. A year is coming up and they still have not refunded me...

Absolute horrible equipment. They dont treat customers well. and any down time of the machine is still added on for customers account. Chris the owner makes false promises about returning money owed to customers.

Hire was a little expensive before negotiating but service from Wesley was tops even came and spent almost half a day on my site teaching guys to operate machines helped with the health and safety docs. Guys service was tops
