Horrendous service and rude staff. I advise you seek alternative suppliers and maintenance providers. Even the MD Faan is incredibly rude and disinterested in his customers. Apparently he is too busy to deal with complaints and advised me to seek alternative suppliers. The durban manager Mr. Naiker deals with Big Businesses. Poor ethics and zero customer service is a sad reality in this one sided operation.
