The service is really bad and their attitude is just wrong. How can you all basically try and force customers to have to deal with you all because you dont want to supply spares. I Think it should be the customers choice where he gets his Machines repaired especially if he does not want to deal with Hilti directly. YOU NOT DOING YOUR BRAND NAME ANY FAVORS
