I love the estate. Very safe

Clean, secure and always a go-to favourite. People know it and people love it.

If you like secure, low maintenance living, with rules to keep things in line and the neighbours quiet, then plantations would be a good place for you. The security team is there 24x7 and very helpful in all sorts of emergencies. Easy to find help from plumbers to garden services. Takes 20 min to jog around the roads on the estate. Generally younger folk in the centre and families in the free standing houses around the edge.

I was rather dissapointed that, although the roads and their names are on the map, Google Maps was unable to navigate past the main entrance. It also doesnt appear that the various complexes are not marked by name but only the number in the street and the street name - this information is rarely, if ever, given as ones address in Plantations. Perhaps the Estate should assist Google in creating a more friendly and usable set of navigation maps/data.

I dont actually live here so this review is one for the visitors. So at the gate, youre treated like a convicted felon by the guards until theyve confirmed that youre allowed in. Now, once inside, good luck navigating your way to whomever youre visiting if youre a first-timer or a second maybe even a third as its not easy to tell which unit is where due to the lack of sign posts. It is not uncommon to travel all of Plantations before arriving at your destination. However, it is still nice to see all the fancy houses and well kept lawns roll out before you.

Great place to live and have safe walks/runs around the complex before and after hours. My only grudge living here is the noise of the domestic staff during the week in the early mornings.

Beautiful estate, truly. Well kempt gardens and housing in a bright and friendly little neighbourhood. A strong feeling of security at all times and great conveniemce offered from shop and restaurant within the Estate called The Spot @ Plantations. Rentals are a to7ch high but you do feel it is worth it
