My son is currently using the astrum kids wired headphones model HS150. It features comfortable soft padding and an adjustable headband. The sound quality is perfect for his age and he is able to listen on his tablet and it plugs into my Samsung A20. Wonderful product in a smart cobalt blue with yellow star details. Would not repair the speaker and saying that I tampered with the device. Why would I touch it if it was just 2 months into its warranty!Never met a company like this. They deserve to close their doors.____After their reply on google maps:I have contacted my lawyers and we are lodging a complaint with consumer protection. As per our telephonic recorded call you stated that the board on the inside of the speaker was tampered with which made the refund not possible.When I had brought the speaker to your offices for booking the antenna broke in the car due to the poor quality. But never the less if the antenna is broken it shouldnt affect the speaker not working at all.Your staff at the Riverhorse branch advised that they dont have proper packing and would post the speaker to Jhb for investigation. They asked me if I had the box, I said no it has been 2 months I didnt keep the box because it was so big. They said they will do their best to bubble wrap it but cannot guarantee damages. I asked them how they could not package it correctly and hold me liable for their repair process. It is under warranty.The matter of the fact is the person is charge at your JHB branch said that I opened the speaker & tampered with it that is why they cannot fix it, he stated that there were screw driver marks on the inside of the speaker. I asked him why would I attempt to do this if its still under warranty. He said I am lying.As a matter of principle I have lodged a formal complaint with consumer protection. We shall see how this is dealt with in court.Yes the antenna was partially damaged due to the transportation of it to your branch, but it cannot possibly result the speaker not switching on.Thank goodness my calls are recorded.You cannot just take advantage of consumers like this.R2000 on a speaker that lasted just 2 months!Your products are definitely cheap for a reason if not you would definitely be out of business.Also be careful all the 5 stars are this listing are probably fake!

Very poor service and very bad customer policy’s they are very rude to customers when you buy product if it faulty they give you hard time and end of you losing and they show you attitude like they care about valued customer im one of bulky buyers and many times i have very bad experience with them and of i leaves things with them most of products which is already faulty they sale them we only come to know when we retail it to customer when you spend you spend your time and energy to take it back to them you are facing bad attitude and bad service from them.I can proof you
