This place is an excellent place to shop for pc parts. The guy Shaylen must that helped me is a very good. He installed TP-Link TL WN881ND 300MBPS PCI Express Wi-Fi Adaptor on my dell pc. he showed me how its working. Its an excellent product, its very fast as well. I will be go back at the end of the month to install an SSD for faster boot times. Customer service is friendly and very informative.

Worst experience! I dropped my laptop off at Mitabyte for an assessment and was given completely incorrect information. I was informed that my motherboard was faulty which it was not. When asking the technician for advice he was very poorly informed and could not offer up any proper information or a solution. Their security is also very poor, when I had asked to view the footage of my laptop being opened because I thought something was missing (it wasnt) there was a 45 second gap in all their security footage. SUSPICIOUS AND UNRELIABLE!!!! My laptop is now up and running with NO THANKS to Mitabyte staff. I recommend taking your broken tech to Games.com instead.

Good sales service, after sales is terrible.I spent an hour in store to return an item, everyone is on lunch is not a valid excuse. If they have nobody to man the store, they should close the store during lunch, obviously they arent staggering their breaks.

Got a refurb Dell i5 upgraded to Windows 10 and an SSD drive for R4450. All the Windows updates were already installed. Bought a Displayport to HDMI adapter. Hooked it up to my 4k TV and full 4K crystal clear. Machine boots in under 35 Seconds. Ordered and was ready same day....very impressed.
