I have had my fair share of this branchs poor service. I had my laptop to be fixed at this store and it was attended on of the employees there whose name I failed to get. But a week later when I got my laptop back I found out that he had done a worse job ever. My USB ports no longer work my delete button was damaged. And he was not available for explanation on this. I ha sbi choice to take it at condition cause this is the closes matrix by me.Giving them the benefit of the doubt I went on line and ordered a casing to build a gaming pc for my son. And I called in to confirm the order spoke to the same Indian guy whose name I couldnt get. 2 days later I come in the store to ask for the casing I had ordered. Only to be told they all sold out. I see three of them on the side and question them. Im being told they already pre-booked. I tell them Im on of those people who pre-booked them online. I told them I spoke to the Indian guy.They tried to call him but he couldnt not be reached to confirm my order.There was an extra one Confirmed by another employee but the manager I presume told me dead in the eyes that He will not sell to me and made an necessary fuss about it.No considering the drive I had to come to this store,But this is was my last time ever coming or trusting any service of matrix 👍

Front desk is helpful, but my goodness turning away clients because you too busy to do a simple insurance report after we buy products though you. Appalling service from the technician. If you too busy for your clients maybe ask them to set another date to come back instead of just refusing to help at all. Also when a client is standing right infront off you maybe talk to them and not just ignore them while you get a colleague to relay your comments 😂. The front desk staff Ross, I believe his name was, he was great and very helpful unlike some others there.

I ordered a computer tower towards the end of February 2017 and they only quoted me in July 2017,they then promised me(once they received the confirmation) that it will take a maximum of three months for it to be upgraded. They promised me on numerous occasions to keep in contact with me on the progress of my order,they have yet to uphold their promise. I have been contacting them since July and it is now September and Im still waiting for my computer tower. Customer service needs to be upgraded and improved as well as their reliability.

Please make sure you get what you pay for.On a new dektop I paid for 4 gig mem and only got 2. had to go back to replace.Renewed mother board, got home front panel usbs not connected. Told to bring back and it will be fixed.2 Times, my time, my transport!!As I purchase all components, software and hardware from Matrix I expected more than a sorry, bring it back.Check your purchase before leaving the store as it will cost you the time to have it effected as they do not care once they have your money.

There was a problem with my graphics card and the guy told me that its broken and tried to sell me a new one when all I had to do was activate the fans. Be careful guys.
