Excellent service . Very helpful and provided a very insightful alternative to an issue I had at a reasonable cost. Went beyond what I would normally expect of a service provider in saving a massive amount of work I would have lost under normal circumstances.

Sold an inferior product at a high price, was told that they cannot try the product in store before I buy it. When I get home and use it, it is a very low quality item. Not happy.

Good day Tiaan Nel, we do apologize if we have offended you, but over the past three years, over 900 people have used our services and visited our shop for repairs and consumables, so I find it surprising that you are the only one to write such a review, furthermore our records do not show you ever entering our store for anything, but a family member, Philip Nel, has used our services many times and has purchased many products from us, yet he has no complaints. As per our telephone call over three weeks ago, we are still waiting for you to come into store so we may show you the job card for working on Philip Nels computer, I believe he is on disability grant so we had given him a discounted rate.
