Really useless provider i am with web africa 2months doing test they keep telling me its mitsol and mitsol keeps saying its web africa but non of them are trying to fixing my line or get the fault im just going back and forward for 2months now worse fibre every stay away and between them and the isp no one wants to man up and help the customers or fix the faults i guess they making to mutch money if you dont want to help customers

Slow Internet connection. We are paying for 100mbs which we never achieve. We have to reset our router often. I had to pay private guy to come and change hardware and test... All points back to Mitsol.Poor customer service. Takes days for them to respond. Kyle is absolutely useless.I would not recommend this company at all.

I had excellent service from the team that connected my fibre for Free to my house. We worked well together during the installation phase. Awaiting the other team to splice. Well done keep it up.

I experienced excellent service from Mitsol. Bruce, who looks after Mitsol customers in Toti, quickly resolved a long outstanding issue I experienced with another FTTH supplier in the area. Mitsols workmanship and professionalism is streets ahead of their competitors. They had me up and running in no time and they exceeded my expectations by far. Bruce and his team kept me updated and in the loop on installation and connection progress. Their customer service is world class. I am very happy with the service I received from Mitsol. They deserve 5 stars!

Not sure if its a manager i spoke to, but extremely rude when I ask about installation times. Consultants are nice except the so called higher person.
