Ive been a student with Intec since the end of 2018 and all it has been in nothing but struggles!I have sent emails and all I get is Dear Learner. We acknowledge receipt of your email. Please be informed that you will receive feedback soonest. Its never anything concrete and Every time I phone no one answers or when they do they put me through from one person to the next and I never get any feedback or they just put down the phone. This is Highly Unacceptable for a College.

If i could give no stars i would, these people have no idea on whats going on. They are very quick to take payment, and do nothing to ensure that your needs are met afterward. They keep going from pillar to post and each person contradicts what the last person has said. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH INTEC.

Intec college has made my life a living hell!!! I canceled my course with them in 2016, one day after my cooling off period, due to their incompetence. I had to pay the full course fees which I did. However they put a judgment on my credit score even though I paid in full and now Im being denied a home loan. Its a year that I settled my account with them and its still not removed from being in arrears. Everytime I call them they keep transferring me from department to department with no help.

WARNING! This institution will take your money and that will be the end of it. Service does not exist. You will not get what you pay for. Visit the facebook page of intec students to find out more about their dealings before you waste your time, money and energy.

This college is the worst I hav ever seen customer service is pathetic they dont answer their fines at all Im disappointed

I have been on the phone since 8am this morning, it has been over 26 minutes , trying to get simple information from you. I cannot even get through to Student Services, Ive been transferred over 100 times with NO LUCK!!!!! Very disappointing!!

This is the worst institute I have ever dealt with, My son has fallen very ill and i am trying to cancel the contract - since Feb 2020 and after 12 emails and many calls not one person gets back to me - disgusted. I clicked 1 star they dont deserve any stars - I have a sick child to deal with and they are just so inconsiderate.

Complete waste of time and money!!!!Unhelpful take 3 months to even reply to emails not interested in giving u a service just want you to pay them for stuff they won’t provide you.
