Nice clean and everything is shorted in a way that you are able to see without asking and there are more people working there to assist in what ever you dont see.

Markham is good

Pretty decent, wasnt there to buy clothes but rather to pick up a package of clothing i purchased online. The service is fine wouldnt give it a 5 out of 10 though.I was rather impressed with the quick service delivery of the online order purchase.

I have been shopping here for 45 years at the least. Some clothes i have still look brand new from 25 years ago, as then it was quality, and how come they are still around is a wonder actually. Now i just cannot say the same these days, but have bought the odd thing or two, but really shop elsewhere now. End of review...

I understand that shopping lifting might be an issue but its such a turnoff when one is made to feel like theyre hiding something in their bag when going to fitting rooms, I was asked to leave my bag outside, on the floor!!! Its extreme, they even checked the pocket of the Jeans I had with me. Its really disappointing that in African shopping areas its like one is entering a maximum security prison.For me shopping is an experience, the service has to be outstanding, the staff has to be so nice they make you feel like you dont want to walk the door without a shopping bag filled with goodies. Town is already a redzone for a lot of us and when you go to a store and you get terrible service it just pushes further to malls and other service providers wholl be more welcoming.I work in the service industry, thats all Ive done since high school and I currently for an American cruise company as a manager and it makes me cringe when I see people treat their customers as if theyre doing them a favor by doing their jobs.The lady at checkout was lovely, the guy in the denim section was rather rude... he made a fuss about me going through folded asking if I didnt see the jeans hanging, asked him whats the difference, his reply was youre going to make a mess and Im going to have to clean it up really! If any of my staff ever gave a guest attitude like I got from that theyd be written up. He pointed to where the other jeans, he wasnt courteous nor did he ask me if I needed help, asked him if hes sure my size is there since hes telling me to go there. I looked there prior so I knew my size wasnt there and he had to get me jeans from his holly starch he didnt want me to touch. Also when I asked the guy at the fitting room why he patting down the jeans that I had, his reply was Im doing my job title its job description by the way. He said this the biggest attitude and he couldnt even greet, when he was giving me back the jeans its like he was just tossing them into something, I just stood there and looked at him. Security at the door when leaving the store no greeting, no word just approached with his stick. I had to say yes, hello how are you? What you need and told him cant just come up to me and say nothing as if Im supposed to read his mind. The staff at this Markham definitely needs to be trained on how handle customers.I love my jeans though.

Best clothing shop you could ever ask for everything provided from casual to formal... Markham does it for me, because each and every clothing I bought from this store lasts also has a good quality...I gain confidence Everytime Im wearing their Brands...
