Really pathetic service from the salespersons.They leave you standing there. When you ask for assistance they go and dont come back to you...I had to use the ladder myself to try to get the size I wanted...whilst the salesperson watches...incredible poor service. Many of the customers highly irrated by these guys..

Service from the staff is deplorable. Experience that i had is unheard of and unacceptable. I am someone that is a patron that spends no less that five thousand rand at a time. My experience returning an item that was too big for a smaller size was unforgetable. I was accused by the manager of wearing and washing the item before swopping it. I went to the regional manger Orin Govender was most helpful and ordered me another item to satisfy me. Orin govender you are one in a million

Most useless staff ever,their answer to any question is they dont know ,size,colour....etcStore should be closed down and turned into a take away ,as the staff just stand around talking about lunch the entire day
