Visited H&M only for kids clothing and ladies shoes. The shoe department was so drab and a waste of time. The kids clothing had much bigger variety. But the Gateway branch is better. Good lighting, clean and neat. Overall I was disappointed.

This shop has a good selection of clothing.They have split the store in to two seperate stores for gents and ladies.They get 4 stars for value for money and the fact that it is a really attractive looking store. But the staff let them down.The security guard was leaning on a clothing rack playing on his phone. There was no one manning the fitting rooms and when we got to the check out there was no one in site. After waiting around with not a sole in site besides the half alseep security my wife found a checkout in the ladies section next door.Overall pleasant experience but staff need better training.

Love the good quality kids clothes. I usually shop on the sales or go for the cheaper priced items

Same customer contact number for all stores. Number goes straight yo voicemail. You cannot call a specific directly.

Love the layout of the store. The kiddies department is amazing. Also love the recycling program at all H&M stores. My favourite store :)

Large variety of clothing and lots of amazing accessories such as bags etc. A few products are overpriced

They never answer their phones

Could not exchange my gift that I got for Christmas for a smaller size as I didn’t have the slip- why would I have the slip if it was a gift ?? Very very very very angry!!
