Cannot try on clothes. It is level 2 of lockdown and other stores allow one to try clothes on. So no point in sale.

This used to be a good factory overstock shop witj great bargains. The prices has gone up and you pay basically the same on most items that you would have paid in the normal retail stores. There are still a couple of bargains in between...the sister store called lucky break just down the road has better bargains especially on Jeep clothing.

Felt very uncomfortable here because the staff were like following us around. Made my shopping experience not okay. Its annoying how as you turn around they are in your face. Give people space to shop, ugh.

Im a regular in this shop and has been receiving good service. Ground staff is really friendly and helpful, however, Im not happy with the way the manager attends and treats customer complaints. She becomes really irritated when shes talking and doesnt care to solve the problem. Instead she makes sure you see that shes busy and dont have your time. To make it worse she refused to pass our complaint to the next incharge but but referred us to someone below her. She said the person above her was not here and I must come back when he is back. When I ask her when is he going to be back she shouted saying I dont know. I asked her if she will let me know when that person arrives if I live my number and she said yes then I gave her my phone number.That was on Thursday 26 April but till today I havent received her call from her.
