Its always a delight shopping at Ackermans, Westville. It has a wide variety, the store is spacious and neat.

Service at the till is very very poor it needs a lot of improvement they just shout !next! Even worse if you are black And when u arrive at that till they dont even greet you have to greet them you dont even get a smile worse place ever 😒

The store is flithy. There is dirt all over the floor, hangers and clothing tags/stickers lying all over the place.The change rooms are unattended. And you have to deal with the staff shouting at the top of their voices.There are more than 8 visible staff but only one teller!

The appearance of this store is awful!!! Filthy open ceilings & open stock room door!!!Staff was efficient, tills well manned and queue moved quickly.Shelves well stocked and neat.Store just needs proper revamp!
