Very friendly staff, starting with security. Good safe parking. Love going back, because of the good hospitality and treatment by staff. Any problems or concerns are attended to very quick. Overall, its a very satisfying experience.

Tried the Beacon Hazel Heaven. Expected the chocolate to resemble the picture on the package but was sorely disappointed. It took me going through 4 pieces of the slab before I could find a nut!

Didnt go to beacon went to the pool shop across the road. Recommend them for all your pool requirement s. Very good.

What has beacon done? Terrible individual sweet packaging that you cant open . What happened to the twist packaging? And were are the red and black flavours?

It a nice big company manufacturers of Beacon sweet people of this place they are very friendly I cant wait to go there again

I bought a box of 24 marshmallow Easter eggs, and when I opened them, found to my horror that they were covered with WHITE chocolate, which I really dislike. In my humble opinion, the white chocolate is too sweet, lacks the crunch of the original milk chocolate, and the whole egg lacks flavour.As a pensioner, I feel that I wasted my money. I am a careful shopper, but was unaware that white chocolate Easter eggs were now an option. Maybe consider dark chocolate for the grannies? Or make the consumer aware of changes to a well love product?Val Basson, CLARENS.

I bought 3 turkish delight chocolates(my favorite chocolate ever 🍫) and when i opened them there was no turkish delight it was just chocolate........plain chocolate!!!!!!

Shocking! This is advertised as a choc factory shop only to be told upon arrival that it is a STAFF shop only!!! Very frustrating and weak apologies and excuses from Beacon employees. False advertising and in very bad taste. Think i will be sticking to the Cadbury brand from now on as Beacon seems to think its okay to mislead the public!
