Great service on Apple products and incredible turnaround time. Knowledgable staff and very accommodating. Bryon was a standout. Will definitely go back there for my Apple products.

They were able to re-boot my dead MacBook Pro and did an amazing job cleaning my defective screen - Id give them a 4.5 for this. However, not so good with old iPad screen replacements...2 out of 3 came loose/off the first day. I would rather have been told that it wont work to replace instead of paying for loose screens. (Also, nobody is authorized to replace retina screens according to a rep at the Apple Store in Gateway.)
