I can be patient and understanding but not when I am being made a fool of. Ive had two conflicting status updates for my phone. I sent it for repairs on 24 Dec 2020. They are now not picking up the phone at all. The attitude does not scream good customer service relations and Im at a point where I just want my phone back... period. I should have gone to a Vodacom service center. That one star is only for the fact that they claim they will change the battery, back cover and screen at a much reasonable price. Also they respond to these reviews as if they will attend to your query but really its just a PR stunt.I have amended my review to reflect 4 stars simply because I received my phone (a day after the above review) and it was not only fixed but it looked good as new! It was successfully changed from black to gold, screen fixed and internal battery changed Im told. Thank you for the good work.The lady that answers the phone must fix her tone. She may/may not intentionally sound off -she needs to communicate better.
