Excellent service displayed by one of the consultants by the name of Nickyle. Recently upgraded my contract with Cell C and he assisted me. Walked out of this store as a satisfied customer. Well done Nickyle!

Quick and fast and efficient service and knowledgeable staff

Hi , Ive been to Cell C in Musgrave Centre earlier today to sign up on a new contract, The Sales Assistant by the name of Sandika, was very helpful and explained all details about the deal that I wanted in full. Did not know how easy it is to get a contract,but at start she promised me that I would leave the store with the Cellphone that I wanted and I did leave smiling.Thank You very much Sandika, Cell C have great staff.

The star rating is for the service, really great and helpful. The reason why its not full because i have took a contract with these guys and after a year the sim had given up(got damaged on its own), i was advised to not remove it or my insurance would be breached. Clever as their policy, they now want customers to pay about R150.00 for their faults. Purely pathetic as i am paying for the service with no hassle. Will suggest MTN as a network provider because my spouse had the same problem, they had done a few things on the cellphone and it was up and running with no problems. Overall, you pay for the best or pay cheap and then pay extras later

Horrible experience. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Definitely will not renew contract with Cell C!Edit: Happy 2 years later with a rival service provider. Will likely never go back to CellC
