I am so disappointed. The customer service at the front desk is absolutely appalling.I picked up my winter coats today and realized that one of the coats was now missing a button. When I ask about it, the ladies at the front desk gave me attitude and stated that the coat did not have a button when it arrived. Yet it did. After more of their disrespecrful attitude, I asked for a manager/owner - they flat out refused.I will not be going back!

Whilst the work done on the shoes was of a good level, the service at the front desk was really poor and leaves much to be desired. An unfortunate bad attitude by the shop manager towards many of the clientele. I wont go back.

Friendly service, always got my laundry on time. Other handy things to buy like batteries, ID holders etc

Was able to drop off washing after our machine at home broke and was able to collect the same day after they assured me they could fit it in their agenda, very grateful for the quick turn around :-D

The Village Cobbler has on more than one occasion failed to return all my laundry causing me to make a second trip. Until today when assorted laundry was not returned and has magically disappeared. Owner refuses to accept any responsibility for this neither is prepared to make do their wrongs. I and my family and friends will never use them again. I suggest you dont either.

Was not happy with the service or the price for my laundry.

Unethical and unprofessional... charged me R10 extra as I didn’t bring the receipt along (even though I had a photo of it and the receipt number), as they said they would have to ‘open the book’ to check. Never, NEVER, never going back to them.

Worst Service and No care attitude from staff and owners
