What a waste, you can get a better wash for R35 somewhere else. Staff is rude no respect. They dont wash properly or clean the inside properly. They rush to get more cars done.

I go in, as I check the price list I am informed its a weekday and it will cost R35 for the car wash. I reconfirmed that I heard right and was advised I did. As the guys are wiping the car down,I am informed that my car is a bigger vehicle and I must pay R50, without a fuss I did do. The guy says he was done and mover over to the next vehicle, I call him back as the bumper and the front of the bonnet are not clean. He proceeds to sort it out. I get home and I look at the back seat and realise who ever vacuumed did a poor job. Pity I cant post a picture. No chance I will return.

Worst car wash to go in. 2 cars in front of me yet it took over 2 hours to do. Guys are not interested in working or finishing the job. Leaves half way through to go and walk around and you have to actually look for the people. When confronted the staff shakes their heads. The 2 girls that seemed to run the place....dont run the place. More interested in their phones and talking to each other. There is no control nor order at this place. Workmanship not grand. Did not rush the staff, just needed them to start the job and finish it. I honestly dont know why they have staff just standing around.

I wouldve given 5 stars but they fell short on one aspect. When applying silicone to tires and trim, its like the cherry on the top after your car has been washed. After 15 minutes the silicone dried up. On returning to find out why, the response from the cashier/receptionist was that their supplier is supplying them with watered down silicone.At times like this you should be going out of your way to provide superior service

Excellent value for money. Especially on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays when its half price for a full house. Always busy...but efficient (and friendly) staff means you dont have to wait longer than 40 minutes to get your car looking like it just came out of the showroom.

Terrible service. Staff dont pay attention to customers and management could not help when consulted(staff blatantly ignored). My stay was extended due to the poor service. I do agree that you get what you pay for(I bought a package for multiple car washes expecting good service for regular visits and tipping staff). Very disappointing!!!

This used to be cost-competitive well run car wash. Now, its a complete disappointment from employees demanding tips to management running around willy nilly. There are many other car washes in the area and am going to pass on this one from here on out.
