I just call the support number now the company is unable to locate my vehicle unable to get a reply from my vehicle the service is terrible Im being with 2 years please look at another company I do not recommend them

The service is poor when it comes to resolving any issues. Our vehicle had an accident in Johannesburg a month ago .We had to buy a new vehicle in Durban. We have asked Jason from C track Dbn to remove tracker from the smashed vehicle and send down to Dbn to fit onto our new vehicle. As of this date this has not been done. There was no solution given to us or a decent answer.

Very slow service, I have being charged after having my accident and my car was a write off for tracker even after they removed it of my old car.I have asked them to move it to my new car and still after 6 e-mails or more was sent to them still nothing, but just charging me with no Ctracker in my new car or old car .
