This place doesnt deserve a star at all. My golf 7 GTI went to Kzn Auto for a paint job and thereafter went to Auto Lavaggio for an auto valet. My vehicle is a very well maintained vehicle with full service history etc. I still have warranty on the vehicle. However, when it came back from the auto valet the vehicle came back with numerous faults. My vehicle has had a gearbox fault as well as my steering controls were lost also my vehicle started to switch off at idle. These people had said they will sort it out but wanted to send someone out for a second diagnosis on the vehicle. It was over a week that went by and they did not send anyone therefore I had to pay for the repairs as this vehicle is used daily. I am still sitting with this bill of R16500. They are now asking for numerous quotes and invoices which we have no access to.They are extremely unprofessional.
