Id like to personally thank Krinesh Ramadu for their excellent service in assisting me in buying Meguiars Ultimate Snow Foam, even though they did not have stock of said item online, Krinesh phoned resellers near my location and reserved a bottle for me to pick up. Even though this is the first time I am using Meguiars, I look forward to using their products in the future.

I have been using the Meguiars products for as long as I can remember. Trying to choose which products to use given the fact that you not a professional detailer but just have the passion for a good clean vehicle, was abit challenging at first. I always purchase maguires interior detailer because it has always been a quality product. On this occassion that was not the case.When I tried to use the purchased product I found out that it was water inside the bottle.I then returned it to Smart Auto Paints where I initially purchased the product and informed the manager of what the problem was.He was reluctant to believe but when he checked the rest of the products he had on the shelf they were also full of water and agreed that there was a problem.I was contacted by a representative of Maguires SA who informed me that there was an agitation issue with the product which was entirely their fault and because I had used a bit of the product that they would not be replacing it.This manner of business practice is unacceptable.I as the customer purchased a product for its quality and did not get what I paid for, secondly the fact that Maguires SA is not willing to replace the product is appalling and embarrassing.What happened to customer satisfaction!!!
