Quick to offer me a great MTN contract upgrade but once the deal was done I discovered that I was signed up to a higher value package with less benefits than were promised.Not one contact number provided for them by MTN was answered.Shocking.

Falsely upgraded my Mtn contract without my consent on the 23 June when someone called to with words this is a courtesy call from Mtn to thank you for being a loyal customer to us and with that we are giving you 20GB and minutes for free that will be valid for 30days as a thank you gift, only to find out recently when I was querying my contract cancelation with Mtn that my contract was upgraded that day.... Till now Mtn isnt resolving this they or getting involved on this my debit order has gone from R399 to R566. 90 for an upgrade that was done without my consent!!!

Sold me a MTN contract over the phone, and havent been able to contact them since. They have disappeared and I am now sitting with a useless phone, paying a contract and with no apparent solution, as only Empowered Outsource Solutions can see to it (and not MTN) as they the ones who sold me the contract. I haver essentially fallen through the cracks with no help whatsoever from this crowd.

I was conned by their staff for an MTN contract in August 2020. Now in Dec 2020 they still have not resolved the issue or sent me a copy of the contract that they sold me. I have not had any air time or data. They are impossible to get hold of and 3 weeks ago i was told it was sorted and withing 48 hours everything would be loaded and ready to go. Now they dont even respond to my emails. MTN cannot rectify the problem because it was done through these people.Stay as far away from Empowered outsource solutions as you can.
