My Son just turned 3 and I have used the Little Cake Company to order his Birthday Cakes for the past 3 years and will continue to do so as I have never been disappointed. They deliver above and beyond my expectations, cakes are always designed so beautifully and the taste always great and consistent. Exceptional Service from Delyse as well!

I am disappointed to advise that I did not receive what was promised from this supplier. I communicated with Delyse and discussed a birthday cake for my daughters 16 birthday. I emailed a photo of the cake that we chose and was promised it will be delivered. I also double checked before the event that the cake will be exactly like the photo and was once again reassured.On the day of the function, the cake was different in height, it was missing a layer on both tiers and the decor rose was damaged during delivery, (which I paid for safe delivery ). this was fixed with new roses. I was disappointed that the cake was not what was promised and more so, I did not receive a call after the function nor an apology. This is poor customer service and above all very disappointing. i place this on record so that you will think twice about the disappointment to a client in the future. Its not a nice feeling. i will not use your service again and I urge your clients to triple check their orders with you to avoid our feeling. You let me down at the 11th hour.

Please do not use this company for any of your parties. They will ruin your kids special day. Very unprofessional bunch of people. Worst I have ever seen. Terrible experience with this company. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. I rather but a milk tart from Checkers than deal with them.
