This month only(October) Ive recharged my data with +/- 3GB and every time when I recharge my data vanishes and even takes my airtime. When I called the center, the people there blame it on my phone and say I use a high tech phone . I need my data and airtime back be a use I dont know how can it be that this month alone my data vanishes and the company has the guts to blame it on my phone. I need to be reimbursed for the amount of data I recharged my phone with and airtime from MTN and they need to stop whatever it is that they are doing with their billing on my phone because even if the data is switched off the airtime and data still vanishes now I cant recharge

I am not happy with MTNs customer service hence I did Swim swap 27 hours ago but my number is still not changed and I was assisted in their branch in workshop

Staff was too reluctant to help customers. Had to wait to be served for over an hr had to leave without being assisted.
