Poor service. Ignored (not even acknowledged) by a staff member who was counting items with a merchandiser. I waited so as to not disrupt his count. To other staff members, I was not a priority, but rather whatever it was that they had to chat to each other about. Highly unlikely that I will revisit this store.

Attendant was friendly .. manager waa on the floor ensuring customers were seen to. Friendly service.

Good place to find all your hardware stuff and they do keep stock on hand. Customer service not 100% but they do try and help when asked to.

Bought blocks. Was early when shop opened. Workers in the yard took there time to load. They even loaded wrongly and then they had to re take everything out and reset. I am a building contractor. Time wasted is production on my site lost and loss of money . Just because workers in the hardware yard dont know there work. Chatsworth unit 5

Very impressed with the renovation and neatness of the store, the isles are packed neat, but there is no item prices displayed. The other big issue is the parking outside is very conjestesd, and this will cause fender bender and hit and run complaints. Thank you Babs.

There is always someone to assist you at the enterance. If the assistant is busy the guy sanatizing will direct you to the Ile of the product you looking for. Cashiers are quick and fast that does delay your busy day. Lastly the prices is compatible or cheaper than other stores.

The materiel when you compare with other hardware is to low in other words it the cheapest and they deliver in same day I bought everything for my house,even the workers are friendly

I went to fill up fuel only to realize after i have finished the attendant says me that the card machine was offline. I had to go to the bank which is not my bank and had to withdraw cash this caused me to be charged extra for the withdrawal.

I have never been in store but based on a whatsapp interaction I will not be entering this store. They were not helpful and opted for lazy responses, customer service is important and goes a long way in securing a customer.

Unfortunately I am unable to give this store a zero star rating, as thats what they deserve. Customer service is below average. Employees, including the manager needs training in customer service and communication. Our construction has to be on hold due to delay on our delivery, which was not communicated with us prior to us going to the store and also calling the store several times. The manager was rude and unapologetic. He made it seem as if our business is not important and their business will still go on with our without us.
