This has been my quiet place for many years. Lovely atmosphere, air conditioning, soft lighting...and to peruse books while enjoying a cuppa is a great joy! Staff make you feel at home. Please dont ever leave!

Really nice Exclusive Books. The staff here are awesome and incredibly helpful. They didnt have the book I wanted but it was however available online. So they helped me with the order and the book was delivered to me within 2 days. They also have a really nice Figo here where I like to enjoy a light meal along with a great book

A great bookstore. 1 star lost for being all the way in the north at Gateway, and disninnotnpark on the complete end of the mall. To help others all I can say is they are close to Edgars on the upper level nearest towards the Wave House side. Great books and yeh just spreading happiness through the love of books. Love ya for it.

Amazing customer service! My book was delivery in less than 24 hours. Robert kindly guided me through the whole procedure and made sure that Ive received my book.

Great range of books, magazines etc here, prices are fairly reasonable. Nice quiet place to browse with the smell of coffee coming from Fegos next door! Often have specials but mostly on stuff that nobody buys anyway - would be nice to have real specials on the good stuff. But a cool shop nevertheless.

Always pleasant to go to EB. Great selection of books. You can browse for a long time and no one minds. The staff are super helpful if you are looking for something in particular and will go the extra mile to arrange to get it to the Gateway branch.

If I could give a zero rating, I would have. Normally we dont write bad reviews, but people need to know that this place is not a place you want to send your family to. If you think you will have fun, rather kick off your shoes and order pizza (yes, it is that bad). We waited for more than 40-minutes for our food! No waiter or manager came around to explain or advise. No one were around. When the table next to us food came (we ordered 10 minutes before them) then we waited maybe schnitzel is something special atound. When finally the waiter came, we had to go to our next neeting, we told him that we need to go we cannot wait any longer. Its been far too long. He said that the food is waiting in the kitchen, it has been ready for a few minutes. No manager came, only assisted he waiter with the bill. No nothing. Maybe you will have a better experience, but we will NEVER take our family to a place where we know well be embarassed by their service. Happy eating!

The bigger of the Exclusive Books stores, its pretty great. You can get lost inside here, figuratively and literally if youre bad with directions. The books arent terribly priced either. There are also many gifts, trinkets and odds & ends to pick through. A wide range of both adult and kids coloring books to choose from.Great place to take the kids for an hour or two. Theres chairs to sit on if you want to browse books before purchasing or you could pop over to the Fego outside the store to grab a coffee after youve bought something you like.Be sure to use your Fanatics card to get points on your purchase or register for one if you dont have it.

The book store hardly has any African literature and we are in South Africa. I found thi very strange to only have just one shelf dedicated to African literature.
