Love the level of professionalism and efficiency.It helps considering one has to drive a mile (if not 5) to purchase a book now that theres no Exclusive books in the highway area... do reconsider having a branch in the highway area,unless of course people in the highway area dont read???

Low on stock must be due to covid

As a pensioner the price of books has become prohibitive. The loyalty card system is a joke. I wonder if there is anyone who ever benefits from this? To their credit, they very politely tell me that I havent earned enough points to qualify for discount or pay-back?????. You lose the points after a while. More apologetic messages! Buying my reading matter at Bargain Books now.

I can spend hours there. Merchandising excellent! Makes me more excited about books. I always end up buying more than I intended. Happy place.

The best place to buy your books and enjoy a few hours sitting and reading those that are not affordable...my favourite destination whilst I am at the mall and when I used to purchase all my books and CD s for programming for radio for the SABC ...Great research material for me for the announcers to use on radio and tv ...A great selection of compact discs on the late great president Mandela...

There are fewer and fewer of these stores with an ever dwindling selection of stock. The greatest disappointment is the price of items which have become ludicrous but I am uncertain if it is the franchise upping their profit margin or the publishers pushing price increases. In a time when digital everything seems to be taking over its surprising that good old fashioned books are so ridiculously expensive.

Great selection to choose from.

A comfortable place to browse with a diverse selection of books. If you need help there is friendly and helpful assistance in finding the right book. There are a few comfy chairs for relaxed reading. It is a warm and cosy spot away from the bustle of the mall.

Excellent range staff are always polite an ready to assist even if they dont have a book in store they try to acquire the books you want they try to request it but if they cannot they would point you in the right direction.
